Es gibt schlicht keine Möglichkeit sie dazu zu zwingen

Das ist doch nicht eine Frage des Könnens, sondern des Wollens.
Wegen des Interessenskonfliktes wird im o.g. Interview ja auch gefordert:

Wir brauchen eine unabhängige Behörde, die Lobbyregeln und Transparenz überwacht.

Und wir alle können ja eine Partei wählen, die sich dafür stark macht!
Auch hinsichtlich des im Interview angesprochenen Verzichts auf Unternehmensspenden an Parteien, gibt es zumindest eine Partei im Bundestag, die solche Spenden schon heute nicht annimmt. (Siehe auch aktuelle Listen bei abgeordnetenwatch.de)
