I have a 500 dollar GameStop gift card I was planning on putting towards this thing, but these prices are ridiculous. I’ll just get my wife a mug instead.

It was a full time job to play it emulated, i barely have time to play it normally.
It kept crashing and shit was bug ridden.

I wouldn’t dream of sending a tip to Nintendo or any other large company, but I did send a tip to SureAI (game devs, nothing to do with the bullshit we’re currently calling ‘AI’) after playing Enderal. One of the best games I’ve ever played, zero ads or microtransaction BS, completely free. It was literally just a passion project by an indie dev crew. $60, cuz it’s as good as any AAA game I’ve played. They earned the fuck out of every cent.

I’ll try it out and if it’s half as good as you say, I’ll tip them twice what I paid for Skyrim (which won’t be $60 but I’ve never paid that much for a game).If Ice Pick Lodge did this they’d have funding for Pathologic 4 in about two minutes.
There’s at least one die hard Nintendo fan out there that’s gonna custom tip $100+ because being a Nintendo fan is their personality. Nintendo should be selling them special loyalty edition consoles for $10k or something and give the rest of us a break.
The loyalty edition is just a standard console with a sticker on it.
