Because you don’t like something it doesn’t make it rude. Social interaction is a fundamental aspect of the human experience, there are of course outliers just as in anything. Anything approaching the expectation that everyone should stop talking to strangers because you personally don’t enjoy it might be amongst the most narcissistic things I’ve ever read.
