I felt so much better when i was 30 than i did in my 20es. I’m pushing 40 and and i’d say i’m in better shape that i have ever been. The main difference is that i do have to stretch and when i fall when mountain biking or skateboarding i don’t feel like a rubber ball anymore.

Good for you. Keep pushing. It’s something you’ll never regret doing. I started working out when I was 15. I’m now 43 and deadlift 405lbs. I have no medical issues. No diabetes and all that stuff. Went to the Dr the other day and every single thing was in the green. Testosterone was so high the Dr thought I take hormones. Told him I’ve never touched that shit in my life. I just worked out and ate good my whole life. I feel great at all times and I want this feeling for everyone.
