I’m beginning to think RawStory exaggerates their headlines for clicks. An organization has asked a court to arrest them, a FAR cry from facing immediate arrest.

I’m not going to look into the parent poster’s history, but they are right. As much as I despise Trumpists, the GOP and the media enabling them, RawStory is no better. Whenever I see such headline, I get to say “let me guess… yup. RawStory.” I’m this close to blocking them. I’m done with yellow press, be it from Fox News, Breitbart or, yes, RawStory. Give me something more objective, like APNews*, for example.
*I don’t like APNews movie critics, to be fair.

In their comment history, I see discussing exercise, talking about their (positive) social interaction with their community, and arguing (politely) about niche leftist issues. You may not like it, but this is the ideal lemmy lifestyle. Yours is a bunch of catty speculation at other people needing help because they disagree with you.

I think that if you’re a robot boop capable of enough complexity (including having a tendency towards dynamically stable emotive field states), and can interface with a body and society well enough to remain comparatively indistinguishable from a human, that makes you human, right? beep anyways, time is relative, right?
