“This is why Europe is open to the best and brightest. This is why we will make proposals to help them ‘Choose Europe’. Because we want scientists and researchers from all over the world to make Europe their home – and to make Europe the home of innovation again.”
I’ve ditched Amazon, Microsoft, lots of Google services, coca-cola and practically all US owned grocery products. I bought a ‘new’ PC second hand because it is more than fast enough and I wanted to support AMD/Intel/Nvidia as little as possible. I own a switch and prefer games from non-US developers, buy used games on physical cartridges. I don’t subscribe to streaming services and use physical media, preferably non-us. I regularly check ownership of brands (e.g. glasses & clothes) before I buy something blindly. So far I’m happy and don’t miss a single thing.
