That would only work if I believed anything he said.
He won due to low voter turnout and voter suppression. A win is still a win.
Ant-Man level micro-technology going on here.
So in order to protect Ukrainian land, he wants… the minerals from the land… Sounds like surrendering to the USA instead of surrendering to Russia.
Because he’s wearing color contacts.
I got charged for like 3-6 months of DoorDash premium. And that’s without having a DoorDash account. Apparently my GF used my card for one order, and managed to accidentally sign up for a subscription which she never used. So the account not in my name, not on my phone, and not attached to my email. I was able to call them though, and they “generously” refunded 2 months.
Seriously fuck DoorDash.

Older versions of the Bible contain references to “Hades” which was changed to “hell” in the King James Version.
One of the greats. If you haven’t seen any of his movies it’s time to watch one.
So frustrating that I’ve lived long enough that we are passing laws with the specific purpose of excluding one minor group of people.
And refreshing the page while still in reader mode.
Well that sucks. Harris winning would have been nice.
Trump doesn’t seem to concern himself with what’s going to happen after he’s gone. So whoever is next seems unlikely to have Trump’s level of devoted fans from day 1. Good chance the whole movement will collapse with him and tons of infighting.
I also wonder, once he’s gone, if Rs and Fox News will suddenly be more willing to criticize Trump. They fear retaliation right now, but once he’s gone that threat may be gone. They’ll have some new candidate to promote, they don’t usually keep promoting the old one.
But from that collapse, they’ll eventually find someone. Hard to imagine them being a whole lot worse. Mel Gibson? He sorta fits the Trump/Reagan mold. Would someone like Mel Gibson really be that much worse? Joe Rogan?
I’m quite seriously not going to be the least bit surprised if he ends up up on the short list of all time mass murderers, right up alongside Stalin, Mao, Hitler and Pol Pot. I don’t think it’s a question of whether or not he would do it - he most definitely would. The only question is whether he’ll be able to.
Luckily he’s far older than any of those people were. Plus I don’t think he’s trying to speed run a genocide. Trump’s more concerned with himself, so at least we’ve got that. But also I’d say he has far more in common with Mussolini. One of the worst world leaders in modern history, sure, but he’s gonna die long before anything as extreme as Hitler or Pol Pot happens. A Stalin-like dictatorship seems plausible, but not within the next few years - it would have to be something his successor does. Whatever Trump’s long term goals are, I’m confident it will all fall apart when he dies.
Steve Bannon isn’t calling Musk “racist” as much as he’s saying Musk’s the wrong type of racist. I hope these two feud for a long time.
I’d love single payer healthcare, but it would cost like 1000x more than this.
Reminds me of Futurama, “we all have commercials in our dreams” scene.
Leela: Didn’t you have ad’s in the 20th century?
Fry: Well sure, but not in our dreams. Only on TV and radio. And in magazines. And movies. And at ball games and on buses and milk cartons and t-shirts and written on the sky. But not in dreams. No siree!
