    Seriously? Maybe they were from out of town and cross rides aren’t a thing where they are from. At least in the US, you are not required to take a written test to drive in another state.

    Also, new traffic patterns are being introduced all the time. Perhaps cross rides weren’t a thing when they took their written or driving test.

    In a world where you need to continually prove your knowledge of a given area to drive there, I would agree with you. But this is not that world.

      It’s just an extra-wide crosswalk. Literally every driver is required to know what a goddamn crosswalk is!

      Quit making car-brained excuses.
