For Example:

• Boiled bleachy municipal tap water loaded with free heavy metals, chems and further afield

• Infant cow milk from pregnant cow

• Mainstream non-organic black tea is high in Sodium Fluoride for some strange reason

• Many will add yet another neurotoxin known as aspartame

• Limescale from boiling apparatus

• Cane sugar may cause a spike of your blood glucose level

We wouldn’t consume any of the above, it’s why we regard British tea in its current guise as a somewhat frightening beverage.

Kev’s been secretly enjoying the perfect cuppa for a number of years and it’s about time he shared this exquisite information with the rest of the world.

British Tea Updated Via England - 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐚

• Oat Milk Tea

• My personal favourite for this task is Organic Plenish Barista Oat Milk or if you’re happy to forego your health a little then Oatley Oat Drink Barista Edition is the next best

• Any oat milk will do, shop around

• For the creamiest and most delicious tea make the beverage entirely from oat milk in a saucepan

• This may seem a bit “out there” but boiling oat milk in a kettle should also work

• A 70/30 ratio of oat milk to boiling water also tastes sufficient

• If you prefer to use boiling water use distilled or the purest you can find

• Organic black tea leaves / bags (You may need a tea-leaf infuser)

• The oat milk sweetens the tea sufficiently without the need for extra sweetener

• If you require sweetener then I recommend the use of organic date syrup

• Steep for 6 mins or longer

• If anyone needs to know there are 2 heaped teaspoons of tea leaves in the pictured infuser

• You may need to play around with the strength until you get there

• Plenish Oat Barista is available at Amazon, Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Waitrose and Ocado

• Oatley Oat Drink Barista Edition and other brands of oat milk are ubiquitous
