Trying to pass laws to defend protesters’ rights is a lonely battle on Capitol Hill.

I think I get it. So we set their houses on fire with the toilet paper, then cook the eggs over the fire, right? I’ll bring a skillet, some herbs, and some stuff to put in the omelettes. I like ham, mushrooms, and spinach in mine. Oh, and my favorite spatula.

We can have brunch while we watch a treasonous MAGA house burn down.

Holy wow, I am shocked my singular Dem Blue Dog voted against. But he should have been retired long ago and has done so much damage to the credibility of voting blue. Maybe he got rich enough and/or has health concerns and plans to retire. Maybe he had a change of conscience. Idk, but I’m so shocked he voted against, I don’t know what else I feel about this, other than “that’s better than nothing after all these decades.”

There’s plenty of Reaganites that drank the Kool aid, and when you’re rich as shit you don’t see all the actual effects on the country, just the line going up.

Eventually though, some of them see the government doing fascism and and realize it’s what they’ve been screeching about for forty years, even if they can never admit to themselves the part they played in creating it.
