Which site or poster to get microsoft office from. there was an old guide here 2 years old to install it but it doesn’t work anymore

      I use onlyoffice too, but are there other foss options? It’s just terrible all around. Like you can’t even copy and paste text in the writer, formulas don’t work for no good reason in spreadsheets, and the android app crashes so often you can’t make one formula and get it saved before it craps out. Libreoffice is perfect, but I need the cloud 😅 at this point I’m considering paid options or just crawling back to google

      OnlyOffice local editors is probably the best drop in replacement for Microsoft office’s basic suite I have found. I’m a professional Linux user stuck in a company that depends on Microsoft products.

      Doesn’t cover email, but is very good for everything else.

      Can also edit PDF files, sort of. Doesn’t always format well on conversion from PDF to editable, but still workable in some cases
