Hahahahah. Your enumeration of my logic reflects more on you.

So, when it comes down to it, all you could come up with was (checks notes), “No, U!” Very philosophy and much wise over here.

You’re the one here telling people that have lived in this country their entire lives to get out, not me. So, you tell me who’s the asshole.

The amount of “but that’s not fair” on Lemmy is hilarious. Have none of you people been out in the world? I hate to burst your little digital bubble. The world isn’t fair and all I’m doing is being surprised by something every other country in the world does. Shrug.

I can both hold the opinions that “life isn’t fair” and also that “we should try to make it more fair” at the same time without contradiction. Do you not hold both of these opinions? If so, why not?

Also, life isn’t fair isn’t a permanent status. It’s a state, and states can be changed. Just because life isn’t fair doesn’t mean it couldn’t be. As you pointed out, why not take actions that make it fairer? Is the logic, no one helped me and therefore no one should help anyone? That’s just dumb.
