    My favorite was 9, you decrement the unit position and increment the 10s position

      9 is fun. Start counting up and down from 6 and 5 respectively. Multiply by 9. You get two numbers from the same two digits. 54,45. 63,36…

      Open your hands and turn down the Nth finger. 9•N is the the number of fingers to the left of it in the 10s position and the number of fingers to the right in the unit position.
