They are on their way to inscribe a right to pay with card as we speak and each ATM tracks the serial number of every paper money piece it gives you. Whats delusional about that?

Why? Fiat digitalization is a logical next step of overwhelming mobile pay options.
Printing of cash is used by governments to control value of their money. They wouldn’t abandon that.
