Trump is a dictator, at least he is certainly acting like one.

All dictators, regardless of ideology, rule through fear. Being afraid is how they control people. People generally aren’t scared of the dictators themselves, I could defo beat trump 1 on 1, but rather are scared of what the mass of people that the dictator has scared into doing anything they want.

I personally feel that being fearful of trump is playing into his power, you can be angery, and upset or anything else, but to be scared is to give him control of your mind, and your actions.

Talk to people around you. Remind them we’re all workers, without using leftist terminology just remind them we’re all poor, homelessness isn’t far away and the government doesn’t have our best interest always.

Not afraid? It’s insane. Even when Gov. Abbott of Texas defied the federal government on border security, Biden didn’t have him arrested.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to say. Biden isn’t the president, [instead it’s] a complete fucking lunatic who doesn’t give a shit about the law is and he’s straight-up said he wants to jail his political opponents and/or deport them(even if they are citizens). Like, ok, so the Democrats are bad at having a spine, let me know when you’re actually part of this conversation.

Edit: add some clarity for the stupid people in the room, just in case.

Democratic governor said he’s not afraid. OP said “not afraid? It’s insane!” but then immediately gave an example of how a democrat admin responded to a republican, and the example sets the precedent that there’s nothing to worry about. It doesn’t add anything to the conversation, it doesn’t even try to point out some reason that the GOP would want to get revenge. Are you US morons so deeply fucked that you think that Biden should have been arresting these people instead of, I dunno, at least a trial? Your standards are as worthless as your country.

Ya’ll, if you can’t put that together then there’s nothing else I can do so, have a miserable day, I guess.

What in either my comment or OP’s comment leads you to believe either of us think Biden should have had him arrested? You are coming to extremely unreasonable conclusions based on the things people are writing, hence my reading comprehension question.

Yeah it’s obvious you don’t understand. He’s comparing two administrations and how one is threatening extreme measures compared to the previous.

He’s telling the governor that he’s insane for saying he’s not afraid and for putting a strong front up? Trump is a bully who preys on people who are scared of him and is a total coward when they stand up for themselves. Saying he’s not afraid is the same as saying “try me” and Trump routinely crumples under even that pressure. How on EARTH are ya’ll missing that at this stage of the game?

This guy talking about Biden not straight-up arresting guy(and what a precedent that would have set!) over some border regulations isn’t really relevant. It’s not news, it’s not even worth mentioning for a moment because of fucking course it didn’t happen. Should Democrats have pinned Abbot to the wall and made him answer for all his bullshit? Yea! Should they have fully arrested him? Sure, if they wanted to normalize what’s happening now to this guy.

We already know that this current admin is extremely aggressive, if you haven’t figured that out yet and find this comment to be something special then holy fuck you’re more screwed than I ever could have imagined. But then, every week I see new people from the US only now cluing into the dumpster fire that is that shithole country and acting as if they aren’t about four decades late to figuring it out. And if you think the Wisconsin governor should be crying for his mother between bouts of pissing his pants then I’ve wasted my time writing this because you’re so far beyond it.

Maybe that was my problem, even acounting for the vast stupidity of the American people I still gave ya’ll far too much credit and assumed there was maybe some kind of point to made.

Can you not judge the entirety of a nation based on some of its people?

As a somewhat famous American once said, “Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.”

There’s been a dearth of critical thinking in the American people in general for a long time but I can promise those you see here are not representative of the whole.

“Some” of its people? My friend, going by your quote that only speaks to how low the bar is that a majority of the people who voted in the last US election, tens upon tens of millions of people, happily voted for Donald fucking Trump. The bar is on the floor and the country can barely roll half its population over it with only a handful of people being halfway decent enough to show the world that that shithole isn’t a total write-off. That said, it’s not the rest of the world’s job to fix it for you or let this bad behaviour slide which I see being pushed for all too often.

I literally do not give a shit about “it doesn’t represent us as a whole”. Guess what, it actually 100% does. That’s how it works, and all the power in the US is concentrated in many of the worst people imaginable. You had several opprtunities in even the last decade to turn shit around and still failed spectacularly. Put on your big kid pants and do something about it or sit in the consequences of your actions and do nothing but do not try to make excuses.

Can you point out where I said it was or that they should?

Sounds like the broken logic a lot of our political leaders in the US have used to indiscriminately bomb countries with brown people.

                What were my actions?

What a fatuous comment to make. I thought you were reasonable of a little overzealous and generalizing. I should have realized you and the others were just two different piles of trash arguing back and forth.
