Donald Trump’s PACs spent $50 million on the former president’s legal bills in 2023, according to a report from the New York Times.

    So it’s costing over $4m a month to keep him out of jail. If you imagine his attorneys are charging him $500 an hour that’s still like 50 full time attorneys who are dedicated to his problems.

    The article says that while normally using donor’s money to pay your legal bills makes people stop donating, it’s not happening as his people are still giving.

    This IS his grift. He sells the image of a guy who can say and do anything he wants and they pay him for it, because they wish they were like him.

    He doesn’t need that money for his campaign because this IS his campaign.
