A new poll shows her favorability soared 16 percent since July. Meanwhile, her campaign out-raised Trump 4-to-1 in August.

  The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced in October of 2015 that he was reopening the Clinton email case based on new evidence. There is no polling comparison here.
