If that was the case with Israeli soldiers you’d be able to extrapolate a justifiable strike to include almost the entire population as almost all citizens have done military service. Take a minute to actually soak in what you just said.

If Hamas kills Israeli adult civilians who must compulsively do military service but aren’t active duty, it’s the worst possible crime. But if you’re the second cousin of someone suspected of knowing a militant you deserve sudden death. It’s really simple
