Could it be they resent that we openly despise them and very recently fucked them over? No, that never happened, also Trump did it too! The only possible explanation for their hostility is that they’re ontologically evil, and we therefore have no choice but to continue openly despising them and trying to fuck them over!” Like, if this were a book, it would be panned for it’s heavy-handed hubris allegory.
