Involuntary grindr
The “gay” option is probably removed from Korean Tinder from what I know about their government
Korea doesn’t support gay people?
Same-sex relationships aren’t criminalized, but that’s a far cry from being supported
It feels like that where I am in the US when you take into account all the bots.
Dating in South Korea is rough in general, more than other Asian countries. Apparently it’s devolved into a violent culture war. On one hand, it’s no wonder women are unwilling to date. On the other hand, that’s going to further fuel desperation and therefore extremist sentiment in men and further the downward spiral of the culture war.
I’m not saying that the male position is right here, but I genuinely do not see a possibility that the culture war stops spiraling
I’ve heard about the recent movement, but have no idea what the backstory is. Why are women so upset in south Korea?
Women lose the ability to have a career as soon as there’s a hint of a boyfriend. Employers check. They’re expected to become mothers, and dedicate their life to taking care of their children, husband and household, while not really having any say in it.
That’s horrible , this mentality is horrible for everyone, hope that end soon
Does Korea have a huge gender imbalance in general?
No, but they do treat women like crap. I wouldn’t be wanting to meet with random men if I were them, either.
