    Okay genuine question, is it not pretty offensive to use the term “indian” when referring to a group of Native Americans?

      It’s definitely controversial, but at least here in Oklahoma it’s still occasionally used for referencing things like an ‘Indian card’ for health insurance, or ‘Indian country’ for their nation’s boundaries, but Native or specific tribe is used for personal stuff.
